Our prints ship from one of the centers of our fulfilment partner in Europe, the US or Australia.
When your print is processed by the fulfilment center, you get a tracking ID and a link to track the package.
If you are wondering where your print is, you can either check the link or use the tracking ID with the postal service in your country.
For example, for orders from Singapore, you can use the same tracking ID you have been given at the SingPost website. Just go to www.singpost.com and find the "Track Items" link on the right of the page.
99% of the queries we are getting about prints not having arrived yet, are about failed delivery by SingPost. If SingPost is unable to deliver, you should receive a non-delivery notice that informs you on how to proceed. If you cannot find your notice, you can check the status on the SingPost website as described above. Usually, the status then says that you can pick up the print at a specified post office.
Please note: if you do not collect the print at the post office by a certain date, the post office will send it back to the fulfilment center where it will be re-processed.
If you have any queries please don't hesitate to reach out to us via the contact form or via social media.
