Will my poster be framed?
No, your poster will not be framed.
What is the size of the print?
Most posters are 50cm by 70cm, where indicated the other size is 30cm by 40cm. Available sizes are clearly indicated on the website for each item. Please note that because our posters are hand-cut there may be minor variations to the size.

How long do I have to wait until my poster gets delivered?
Please kindly understand that delivery times depend on your location and may vary. To avoid disappointments, please allow around 10-20 days after fulfilment for the print to arrive.

How are they able to provide this fast paced service? They focus on standardised mass-produced products that appeal to a broad global audience and they can afford large inventory of pre-produced goods.
We offer a product that aspires to be highly relevant to only a small niche audience and we do not have the financial power to hold large inventory.
That is why we are operating in a print-on-demand model.
What does that mean? It means when you order from us, rather than picking up the ready-made print from our inventory, our fulfilment partner directly prints your order and ships it. It means that fulfilment and shipping typically takes a bit longer compared to when you order from the big corporate giants.
We hope it's worth the wait because this business model allows small businesses like ours to serve our niche audience.

Where is my poster printed?
Our posters are printed in one of our fulfilment centers in Europe and the USA.
What kind of paper is used for the prints?
Do you allow returns?
We print on-demand which means that when you order, your print gets printed instead of being picked from stock. Your order goes directly to our print and fulfilment partner who prints, checks the print for quality and sends it to you. The shipping process takes around 10-20 days.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Reasons for returns
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered on a case-by-case basis.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
